Agricultural Zoology (or any kind of science-y type suject, for that matter) isn't my area, so there's no way I can advise on you which uni is best. I will point out, however, that Hobart is indeed cold, but also has amazing bushwalking, cycling and rock climbing opportunities, and the place that has happy hour margaritas. It's also only an hour's flight from Melbourne, where all the ficcers who aren't in Brisbane are.
