And it's not rubbing people's faces in it to mention good news. It's being happy about having had some very good news. I don't think you can hit that unless you add a 'nyerner-nyerner-ner' after it and say it because you want to make people feel bad. Which you're not. So, go and be happy.
Also, there's an article about why Lance Armstrong is such a good cyclist in the news section of the Age today. Possibly it's online? Apperantly, he has abnormally long thighbones which mean he can pedal harder than normal people. And extra large heart and lungs and much lower amounts of lactic acid. :)
