I saw Constantine on the plane, since I didn't want to waste real money on it (and besides, we've spent 45 hours on planes in the last two weeks). It struck me as emotionally contentless, despite the obvious emotion-threads that they tried to tweak. Not that I know the real John Constantine or anything, having only briefly brushed up against him in Suffer the Children and then in Preludes and Noctures. But that wasn't him.
