Which would be easy to do, except that the anarchists with the guns have cut off supplies, or indiscriminate looters took everything they could grab. And the rest of the populace there are allowing themselves to be victims. I mean, the atrocities happening in the shelters themselves, and everyone LET IT HAPPEN. It's chaos, it's people discarding the rules of society because things have gotten difficult. And THAT is what disgusts me most about the whole thing.
