I am taking, in the following order:

Neurofen for the blinding tension headache my fucking neck has given me.

A bath, as hot as I can stand and with lavendar oil in with the bubble bath mix.

Cocoa, in the biggest mug I can find.

Then I might be capable of something resembling coherent thought.
