I'm sensitive to medical gore. So when they go off into Gory Detail Land, my stomach tends to protest.

And from what I've seen (2 S1 eps, 2 S2 eps) it's very formulaic.

And the "glorious snark" just makes me want to punch him. It takes all kinds, and I'm not much of a House, MD kind of guy.
