Help Wanted

So, I want to edit the user info of a couple of my journals and make everything all nice and shiny and on one embed an image. Only, I don't have the slightest clue on how to do that. Someone willing to either a) tutor a complete techno-nong in the Ways of the Formatting, or b) rough up a basic version and give me enough pointers to adjust it or c) let me blatantly copy of you?

Also, the icon frenzy continues - added another seven to my personal account and finished uploading the ones I made last night to the other. Think I'll give it a rest for a while, tho' - Brittney wasn't at all happy with me last night.
