St.Thomas always has been big for that. There were about 6 biker related murders through the 90s there. Huge drug triangle from the 401, the Talbotville plant and the outskirts.
Hell, even Snake was killed for his Outlaw connections, and the old Renagades clubhouse on Adelaide and Horton was burned out in 93 and remained like that for years.
