And only stage 1 restrictions in place (in other words Wodonga residents can still water their gardens - might not have any drinking water, but the plants will look pretty. Same time last year capacity was 2,741,108ML; today it's 288,052ML - Don't have to be good at maths to see - all is not good.
How's Toronto treating you? Hope your over your jet lag (sounded really bad this time).
