They put the bottle over the developing pear soon after the flower petals fall off and tie it in place. The pear grows inside the bottle. When ripe, they cut the stem and fill with brandy. 6. Dwell, dwarf and dwindle. 7. period, comma, semicolon, colon, parentheses, question mark, quotation marks, exclamation point, apostrophe...Do ellipsis and ampersands count? 8. *blinks* There is such an organism?! 9. shoes, socks, sandals, stilts, snow-shoes, skis, skates, snowboard...and my imagination fails.
