After all that moving of stuff yesterday (four vanloads up three flights of stairs), my back has declared I am Evil and has rebelled, coaxing my legs and shoulders to also join in the insurrection. Needless to say, it's me at home on the couch, with the Advil after a long hot shower. Maybe even a cat as a heating pad. ;)
