Not patronising, no. I've been getting coldsores since I was four, it's been an ongoing whinge for a while. At least mum moved on past the Gentin Violet - evil paint stuff that dried them out, sure, but was dark purple and stood out like a fricking neon sign. Maybe that's why the self-consciousness.
A visit sounds like a good plan. And I'm awful with my nails, so someone to pamper them would be appreciated. I promise to leave the bag off my head. ;)
