About 30% of naps are crappy naps that make you feel worse. There is, though, no pattern to these naps, so you never know when you go to nap whether or not it'll be a crappy nap.

(Personally mine sor of split 1/3 crappy naps, 1/3 non-naps -where you lie down with your eyes closed for maybe 10-15 minutes then decide you didn't want the nap anywayb - and 1/3 Naps Of Awesome!)
