Ain't the internet marvelous? A combination of vague (if out-of-date) local knowledge, google maps and some additional browsing I present Barts and The London (http://www.bartsandthelondon.nhs.uk/) NHS Trust hospital. Located not too far from Liverpool Street Station, and it has an A&E (http://www.bartsandthelondon.nhs.uk/forpatients/in_an_emergency.asp) department.
