Depends on the day. I'm trying to snack more, since my gym instructor said it was a good thing, but I have a lot of trouble remembering to. I eat when I'm hungry - I'm not hungry between meals. But generally I'm eating breakfast, lunch, dinner and a mid-morning snack. Afternoon snack doesn't tend to happen no matter what I do.
