Itchy Feet

Well, you've heard my opinion on this already a year ago. I think that as a mod, it is your job to understand, acknowledge and do everything in your power to minimize your personal biases and agendas. You must put yourself last and everyone else first. That includes especially remembering that you're in a position where your personal opinion will never be fully trusted as not also being your mod opinion. When I say your opinion is the least important, I mean that it should be to you. If you're doing what you want, you should be very sure that it's also what the player base wants.
