Middle of the night? Check.
Horrible murder? Check.
Contaminated crime scene, with everyone and their dog wandering through the place? Check.
Detective Mac Taylor sighed and sipped at his coffee. Another day at the office. It was like living in a television show.
Edit: Running a day behind, yes. Insane headaches aren't the most conducive to creativity. *wry*
