I have been stricken with a cold/flu. Hopefully just a cold, although I seem to have a fever, which is never a good sign. So, I have had tea with honey (for the sore throat), Tylenol (for the fever) and vitamin C and shall be spending the evening on the couch with a blankie and the cats and sometimes having a functioning brain. If I'm lucky, I'll shake it by Monday so work isn't hell.

I should have seen this coming - I've been fighting off coldsores for a couple of weeks now, which is always a sign my immune system has taken a trip to Bermuda. And there's been a lot of crap going around.

The ironic thing? I have a course on Pandemic Awareness to go to on the 22nd. Watch everyone clear a huge space around my lurghied self if I'm still sick that day!

Ugh... being sick sucks. Good luck feeling better, and remember that virii fear garlic. They're like vampires that way.
