seraangel is right: a doctor's visit wouldn't be a bad idea, and shortness of breath is not a primary H1N1 symptom.
It is, however, a symptom of some of the secondary illnesses (bronchitis, pneumonia, etc.) that have been developing after a round of H1N1, especially in those with chronic lung conditions such as asthma.
I'm not trying to be alarmist - I just know our health region is recommending people see a doctor right away if they have flu symptoms plus difficulty breathing and/or chest pressure and/or chest pain.
