1. What do you smell like right now?
Citrus deodorant and sleep.
2. Top three emotionally cathartic movies?
Josie and the Pussycats, Shakespeare in Love and The Forbidden Kingdom (because I find silly martial arts movies endlessly cathartic when I'm feeling blah).
3. What type of cell phone do you have?
An old Nokia of the most basic sort. It's just a phone, nothing else.
4. Biggest regret currently?
Loss of friendships over the past year.
5. Most recent nerdy moment?
Re-watching Season 5 of Angel: The Series and playing Zoo World on Facebook.
6. What was your dream when you were little?
To be a published writer.
7. Most embarrassing thing you could admit right now?
That I set my alarm last night for 1:00 a.m. so that I could get up and make sure my newborn virtual baby alligator in Zoo World was fed. And that I'll probably be getting up early to do the same with my expected newborn virtual platypus.
8. Top three favorite TV shows?
I am so far behind with TV... Um, The West Wing, Firefly, Dollhouse.
9. What is in your purse right now? Brands, when applicable?
Wallet (from Roots), keys, work passcard, small notebook, button off my lightweight coat, several pens, highlighter, piece of paper about a book club at High Park library, a print out of October 2009 that I used to write the summary, broken hairbrush, hand sanitiser (from the Ministry of Consumer Services), iPod Nano, old Nokia cellphone with a cracked screen.
10. Last book you read?
Ascent of Wonder - a sci-fi collection from the last 50 years.
11. What type of Shampoo/Conditioner do you use?
Pantene's Extra Body Shampoo and Conditioner, plus Sunsilk Leave-In Conditioner to stop the winter static.
12. Favorite Starbucks drink?
N/A - I don't go to Starbucks often enough to have a favourite.
13. Favorite motivational song?
"Beautiful Day" by U2; "Recurring Dream" by Crowded House; "For Today" by Johnny Devil and the Screaming Demons.
14. Favorite romantic movie?
Truly Mady Deeply makes me cry like a little girl every time.
15. Have you read the Twilight books? Be honest.
I read the first chapter of the first book as a .pdf when someone linked back on [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] back when it first came out. I skimmed maybe half the second chapter before my brain folded in on itself in horror.
Also, I was declined for a TD Canada Trust credit card. *phbbts* No credit rating, again. You'd think three years of regular work and a year of running an overdraft with no issues would be enough, but apparently not. Ah well, time to poke around alternatives.
