Doctor Who, when Rose levers open the TARDIS in an effort to save the Doctor from the Darleks. She had no idea what would happen, but did it anyway, because she couldn't leave him to die.
Oh, yes. That's definitely one of my favorite moments. That, and the Ninth Doctor vowing to blow "every last stinking Dalek out of the sky." Before he says he's coming to get Rose.
