When I was in IT, I had two favorite kinds of users.
1) The kind who admitted they knew nothing and therefore listened to every word I said like it was said from on high, took notes and actually did NOT do the things I said not to do, and DID do the things I said to do.
2) The kind that bribed me with coffee.
#2 was actually more common than #1, but #1 actually made me happier because they didn't break things.
