Day 16 – Your first kiss

When I was in third grade, it was the thing to play kiss chasey. The boys would chase, the girls would run, and if you got caught, you got kissed. I played along with the rest.

When I was in sixth grade, for some reason, I got dared to 'get on with' one of the boys in my class, with one of the girls watching to make sure I did. Neither of us really felt anything for the other and it was mostly an exercise in pressing lips together.

When I was in seventh grade, at the Blue Light Disco, I kissed Robert Mitchell, a boy in my class who I treated pretty badly afterwards. I still regret that.
