*grins* Found it on Yasmin's LJ... or was it Dande's? Any way, I've been seeing this one around for a few days, thought I'd give it a go. I don't like to fill my LJ up with surveys and such, but every so often I find one that amuses me.
As for the different pics on different posts... When you're posting, in the more detailed section where the mood and the music thing is, you have options for which picture you want. You have to have more than one on the settings, and you choose by whatever name you gave them. Play around with it and see.
