Well, it's official...

deathpixieDexcon is going to have to go ahead without me this year. I hadn't ruled it out completely because I was hoping I could get the money together, but it's now almost July and I only have two pay periods before the Con, and I am so not going to have the credit card cleared by then. Even with the extension of my limit I got offered this week. Who would have thought five months overseas would put you in so much debt? ;)
So, have a great time, I'll be thinking of you guys, and envious as all hell. I'm sure Dex will manage fine without me - he has before on many occasions.
There will be some possible plans for a trip over at the end of the year (when I _will_ have the money), perhaps including the east coast of Canada, which I haven't seen yet. Of course, that's weather permitting. I'll see how it goes.
