Simple things.

Sometimes it's the really basic things that have the most effect. Like ten hours of sleep. Like a breakfast of fresh homegrown tomato on fresh homemade toast and a cup of tea. It's somehow cleansing.

Sunday is Survey Night.

Mainly because my head is too full of stuff to even begin writing it down. Sometimes surveys can be a welcome distraction. But I'll put it behind a cutaway so you can skip it if you like. :)
