About time I caught a break work-wise.

I just got a call from the HR guy repsonsible for transfers. I'm leaving PERIN, to start work at the Coroner's Court on the 7th March 2005. This is the court I've wanted to work at ever since I got involved in the courts. There's more interesting stuff to do, it's all new experience, and there's shift work, which means the chance to make some decent money and set myself up for Canada.

It's probably a bit sad I'm this excited, but dammit, this is the BEST news I've had for months.

Yep, my baby brother's birthday is today. Wish him well.

Just back form seeing House of Flying Daggers, which was an impromptu celebration of my imminent escape from Perin and oh my is it a good film. Absolutely beautiful, great plot, and the martial arts scenes were just awesome.

May have to see it again, with people. Absolutely gorgeous.
