Back with the dead...

It always feels so weird going to work on a weekend. People have a definite different vibe, so it's really noticeable if you catch the tram (I was trying to get to pick up my contact lenses but didn't leave enough time. Monday will have to do). And I'm very work-like, since we have to still wear business casual, even on weekends, given we have funeral directors and members of the public coming in.

Big news of the week is that Maria Korp, the murder victim who had her life support removed about a week ago, finally passed away yesterday. So we've had the usual media circus, plus all the homicide police and the pathologists being all uber-efficient. They like the murders. *wry*

Any way, here for five and a half hours. So far there's been a few calls, but weekends are generally not as busy. So to those people who said they'd send me an email re various things, now would be a good time. ;)
