VIMS is down - must be 10-ish

deathpixieAlthough as I write this, it's back up.
VIMS is the program we use to track fines, and it's developed the charming habit of crashing every morning, almost smack on 10.00am. Which means no work can be done. Not so good when revocations has three to four days' worth of backlog.
I'm helping with the backlog today - I'm completely up-to-date with my own stuff, and with the Death Flu and holiday leave decimating the ranks of the revocations team, I think I'm needed.
