1. Give me a nickname and explain why you picked it.
Rossikins. Because I'm pathetic at nicknames and adding -kins tends to be all I can manage!

3. How long have you known me?
About five or six years online, four years in person.
4. When and how did we first meet?
At AusCon - in a hostel, I think. I seem to remember that Acetal got me completely lost and we'd finally found the right place and I was drowning my sorrows in beer when you turned up in work gear.
5. What was your first impression?
Do you know - I have honestly no recollection. There was beer involved so there are short term memory loss issues. I did think you were totally cool by the end of the night.
6. Do you still think that way about me now?
Now I think you're my mirror-image twin who shares my brain, so I think that's changed a bit!
7. If I was an ice cream flavor, which would I be and why?
Peter's Blue Ribbon Chocolate. Because I adore it, too.
8. Do you think I'll get married?
No - like me, you'd rather spend the money on travelling rather than a wedding. Long term relationship - absolutely.
9. What makes me happy?
Being allowed to relax. Ogling cute plumbers in tattoo bars. Good friends. Good beer. Good nookie. Red sneakers.
10. What makes me sad?
Being taken for granted.
11. What song (if any) reminds you of me?
Both Jump and Rock Climbing by Crying In Public Places.
12. If you could change one thing about me, what would it be?
Improve your self-assurance - just a tiny bit.

One of the best.

Two days ago.

Date: 2003-12-02 10:43 pm (UTC)So I have a *cough* little trouble with going in the right direction (Ask Dyce, Dia, Mel or Lynx about the time I saw them off at the airport). At the time I was just happy to have found Amanda considering I had no idea what she looked like since I couldn't check my email. I don't think I've mentioned this, but I originally turned up in the wrong terminal. *facepalm* I'd just picked up the handset of the payphone to ring you, Rossi, and ask if Amanda had phoned when I looked at the person on the phone next to me and asked, "Hey, are you Amanda?"
And that's how we met.

By the way, we didn't find the right place. As I recall, we'd been the hostel, then decided to go to Yasmin's place. It was at that point I got us temporarily misplaced (We weren't lost, dammit! I knew exactly where we were. Just not where we should be in relation to that). Inconsiderate me didn't consider you'd be tired (Sorry about that, by the way and, um, killing your email a couple of weeks later. Gah!) and we gave up and went back to the hostel. Rossi met us there shortly afterwards.
*snugs the both of you* How about a Con report from the both of you? Because I am a demanding person who wants to know if Amanda got her hands on a whip this year.
