Raincheck.
Jun. 11th, 2001 10:01 pmThe Talk with my parents hasn't eventuated yet, possibly because dad saw how utterly exhausted I am after my extremely enjoyable weekend (sleep deprivation gives you hangovers, did you know?). Any way, he dropped me off home after we took Yasmin to the station. But when I spoke to him earlier, he told me not to worry about Mum being upset - it's other factors as well, not just the BRM news.
It's strange, but I've always been able to talk more frankly with Dad, even during his illness. I think it's because we're very similar people, essentially. Mum has always been a bit confused about me, not understanding me.
More later. BRM is home, and I'm going to sign off for the night.
