Lurghi update

Went to the doctor today and got a medical certificate that not only covers the days I've had off (three, so far), but also gives me tomorrow as well. I'm throwing it off, gradually - the fever is gone, and I'm not quite so deathly as I was the past two days - but another day off would be a good thing, just to make sure. Cough's still there, but I have this funky medicine to take for it. It tastes like strawberries and puts me to sleep.

I called Scott tonight - turns out he's be-lurghied too. Worse than me; he's been sick since Sunday with a temperature of 39.4 at one point (36 is normal). So no Gus and Frank for either of us on Friday. :P

Oh, Bounce-Girl, your health care card turned up in the mail. Um, I'll be back at work on Monday, I can get it to you then? Or before.

Tuesday would actually be much better. I've just been informed that my client meeting starts halfway through my lunch!
