Next time you decide to have 'just a couple' of drinks with Phil the night before you have the 6am shift? Don't. Except if it's going to be a lunchtime couple of drinks and that's how it stays. Even if he does have interesting and amusing friends to talk to.
Also? If you're going to go to bed an hour later, don't eat the enormous, protein-heavy meal. It will sit in your stomach like a rock, give you a stomach ache, and the dreams are just weird beyond belief. It will also not make for a good breakfast.
