Not so techno-nongy
Jul. 23rd, 2005 11:01 pmI fixed the problem I was having with my email by adding the right server, so now I can send as well as receive. All by myself, even. :) And I downloaded the latest version of Safari, which took surprisingly little time even with the dial up, so I'll be able to change my Gmail settings and actually use the damn thing. For the Persephone stuff, I think. I like the idea of keeping my RPGs separate so my brain doesn't melt. ;) Yet to actually instal that, since that'll require me being offline and I was too busy catching up on email. One account dealt with, hopefully the other sometime this 'weekend'. However, Safari is nice and shiny and works so much better, although it's requiring a certain amount of adaptability. Must remember to try and import my bookmarks from Netscape, too...
*snickers* I also managed to find a file at work that no-one else could on the scary work drives, so yeah, having a good technological day too, even if it doesn't seem like much. ;)
Sleep now, I think. Dead.
