Where was your first kiss?
Does kiss-chasey in grade 3 count? If so, in the playground of Myrtleford Consolidated. If not... um. Have not the slightest clue.
Have you ever seriously vandalised someone else's property?
No. Although I have been tempted.
Have you ever hit someone of the opposite sex?
Used to on a regular basis - it's called martial arts training. Last time in anger... back when I was a kid and my brother was driving me insane.
Have you ever sung in front of a large number of people?
Twice, both with school choirs where there was much ability to hide the voice.
What's the first thing you notice about the preferred sex?
What they're wearing and how they fill it out. I have a weakness for muscle tone.
What really turns you on?
Flirting.
What do you order at coffee shops?
Caffe latte. Sometimes chai if I'm trying to avoid the insane caffiene high.
What is your biggest mistake?
*grins* I know what people are expecting me to say here... Not the relationship itself, but not standing up for myself more. Is that improvement?
Have you ever hurt yourself on purpose?
Once or twice. Usually by punching things that shouldn't be punched, like walls and floors.
Say something totally random about yourself.
I have moments I call my "Ralph Wiggum" moments where I feel like I'm totally stupid. Usually listening to some conversations I have no input to.
Has anyone ever said you looked like a celebrity?
I had a rather drunk Kiwi girl say I looked like Meryl Streep. That was possibly because she was trying to pick me up. :) Um, Frito and Matt said on meeting me I looked like that woman who played Peter Pan in a stage play, but I don't remember the name.
Do you still watch kiddy movies or tv shows?
More the 'young adult' stuff on ABC in the afternoons if I get home in time.
Did you have braces?
For eighteen months. Of sheer HELL.
Are you comfortable with your height?
Yes. Except when I'm trying to get something down off a shelf that's too high to reach.
What is the most romantic thing someone of the opposite sex has done for you?
On Sunday mornings the Evil One would bring me a cup of tea in bed and we'd sit together and read.
When do you know it's love?
When the fear of being trapped goes away.
Do you speak any other languages?
Smatterings of Italian and Japanese. Apparently I'm more fluent when I'm drunk. I also understand more of what I hear than what I can speak.
Have you ever been to a tanning salon?
Nope. I live in Australia and ride a bike to work.
What magazines do you read?
None, really. Used to subscribe to a rock climbing magazine, but haven't for a few years now.
Have you ever ridden in a limo?
No.
Has anyone you were really close to passed away?
Yes.
Do you watch mtv?
No cable. I turn Rage on Saturday mornings, tho'.
What's something that really annoys you?
People being shitty to each other.
What's something you really like?
Spending hours in the pub talking to good friends about everything and anything.
Do you like Michael Jackson?
No. Besides being a very strange little man, his music's pretty bland.
Can you dance?
"You can dance if you wqant to..." I don't know about the quality, but I do dance, yes.
What's the latest you have ever stayed up?
23 hours - I had a night shift, woke at 9am the morning before going in, and had to walk home because it was a Sunday and public transport wasn't running yet. Got home around 7:30 and collapsed by 8am.
Have you ever been rushed by an ambulance into the emergency room?
Not by ambulance, no - I don't have coverage. *hides* But when I got knocked off my bike by the 4WD of Doom, the driver took me to the Alfred Hospital to get cleaned up. Ow, gravel rash.
Do you actually read these when other people fill them out?
Most of the time. Depends on how often they appear in my flist and how bored I am. :) Some people I seek out and read because they intrigue me.
