BTW, I've been meaning to ask. There was this jalna jar wtih a black lid on it, full of ...strange brown powder in the basket of stuff you left for me? What was in it? I haven't been able to identify it so far and neither have the housemates or Phil. ;)
Ahh. Thanks. That would be why I didn't recognise it - I've never had much to do with powdered ginger before. I'll try it when I run out of ginger-inna-jar. :)
