Apologies if they suck, I really don't know the HP books/movies that well.

1) Bringing in a demon as a practical exam in "Defence Against the Dark Arts".

2) Taking a field trip out to the Lord of the Dance's pub and getting the students all plastered to experience "real life".

3) Introducing Harry Potter to Tim Hunter. Enough said.

4) Telling "He Who Shall Not Be Named" he's a complete and utter wanker and he should go out and meet some real bad guys before trying the villain thing.

5) Sleeping with just about every willing female student and teacher above the age of sixteen.
