deathpixieFunny how a weekend of not doing much can make you exhausted...
Yep, here I am, back to the public posting and back at work. Well, I was back at work last week, but it's all a bit fuzzy from the sleep deprivation. *wry* Still, not too many mistakes were made, and those were all with Jane, who's a lot more adaptable than Alvin.
New Year's was fabulous. A great party, a great bunch of people and a great time. Thanks to everyone who came up, especially those who did dishes etc. Made my life a lot easier, I can tell you. *grins*
This past weekend involved nothing more than laundry and cleaning my room so I could fit the bike [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] loaned me somewhere other than the living room. It's a nice bike too - Trek hybrid, with aluminium frame and those wacky handgrip gears. I haven't tried it out yet and probably won't for a couple of weeks (see next paragraph), but it's somehow comforting to have a bike in my room again. 'S been a while.
This weekend coming up is [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com]'s birthday bash in Kansas. Should be a lot of fun. :)
