I hate that feeling. I can handle sick, it's the lack of sleep I can't deal with. Does Nyquil knock you out at all? (It just makes me kind of weird(er) and it's worse than not sleeping, but it does some people.) A lot of pharmacies deliver if you need it.
I've never tried it, but given the way I react to coedine (knocks me completely out), it might be an idea. I tend to react very well to most drugs, which is sometimes good and sometimes not, if I don't want to be unconscious after heavy pain killers. ;) There's a pharmacy near work - I'll go pick some up at lunchtime since I was already going for cold meds any way. Silly place doesn't open until 9, or I would have gotten something on the way in.
I used to take Sudafed for hayfever, back in high school. Between that and Polaramine, I used to spend large chunks of spring time stoned out of my gourd. ;P
I'll go with the cold and flu meds, with the night and day capsules, since those tend to work well on me.
