Yay for drugs, that make me sleep. Not so yay the groggy feeling I get from taking drugs, but beggars can't be choosers. I didn't hear a thing last night, although the dreams were as wacked-out as usual and I started waking sometime around 5:30 am.

Work's already kicked off with Alvin dictating an urgent letter over the phone. This doesn't bode well.

Berni's right. Don't apologize. I'd much rather know exactly what's going on and how you feel then know you feel bad but not know why. (And bottling it up is just bad. I don't know about you but when I do [far, far too often to be healthy], I stew and stew and stew until it finally blows up.)
