Dear me,

If you want to be kind to your self esteem, perhaps lay off wearing the wool skirt with the tartan pattern you got when you were 16 until you lose the ten or so pounds that make you too big for it now? Having to unzip your skirt to half-way down is making you feel like a pregnant whale right now.

And Fred isn't appreciating it either.

*grins* I'm walking. Not working out. And yeah, it's possibly ust end of period bloat. Still, embarrassing. And painful, with the skirt constricting the waist and all. :P
