deathpixie | Should I stay or should I go?

Last minute work blah. Late fax, Alvin's even later response since he's driving from Belleville in the snow, and I've just realised that the person who faxed us about potential dates is either lying or mistaken, since one of the days stated as being provided by the court as available for an urgent hearing is actually the Family Day holiday. Of course, it was the only day we could have gone, and we didn't realise either until after I'd already sent Alvin's response.

I can't call Alvin, since his Blackberry doesn't have the charge for calls, but I've sent him an email in the hopes he'll get it. Dilemma now of course is, do I stay in anticipation of a response from him, or do I go home, since it's 5:21 on a Friday?
