1) Take sick days. Every time I do, something explodes messily and I'm stuck dealing with the fallout when I come back to work the next day. This time it's not our fault, but there's a mess regardless. Work has been insane from the moment I walked in, and I can feel the tension headache of the last two days staging a return.

2) Try to have any kind of delicate discussion for, oh, the next month. Apparently I have lost my ability with words, and have been flailing around causing devestation to those around me.

3) Eat. I feel fat and unfit and squishy after a week of not even managing the pissy amount of exercise I do. Ugh, muffin top.
