A combination of things - power lines, lightning strikes and arson. The heat wave over the past week or two plus ten odd years of drought mean that everything is tinder-dry and just waiting for a spark. Combine it with high winds and you've got a major disaster happening.

Seriously? What on God's green earth would compel somebody to do something like that? What are they thinking? Don't they watch the news? Don't they see how many people are dying? It makes me want to cry that much more.
