Lunch at 2:30 p.m., only to come back and find I have a monster tape which turns out to be a complicated letter for Alvin, a phone message relating to something else and Sonia getting in my face about computer stuff that really isn't that important. Plus a small snafu on the game Wiki that is entirely my idiocy and the cramping that signals that no, I haven't reached menopause yet.

Gym this afternoon, cramping or no (tired of my body calling the shots) and then a long hot shower or bath. Maybe with something nice smelling. Find my zen again.
