Prep three four weeks of files for Jane to take on Monday - next office day after Monday is October 27.
Update and print out her list of cases
Update and print out updated calendars for next three months
Expense reports - enter data into Excel spreadsheet
Order Alvin's 2010 diary

Transcribe phone message from consumer for Jane
Prepare file for trial by Tuesday for Alvin
Cirlox bind again a copy of the CPA 2002 for Alvin, since he seems to have lost the four I did for him last week, WTF?

LUNCH - get my break!!!

Afternoon

Exhibit and Sentencing indices x 4 for Alvin's trial, to be picked up Tuesday, so can leave until Monday if necessary
Create new file for new application, enter onto LSIS
Update LSIS to reflect final case assignments post Becky's departure
Alvin's filing
Continue final library inventory, if I have time.
