...don't count your nice quiet morning before it happens. i.e., don't assume that because you sorted out the problem that's been dogging you since Monday yesterday afternoon, that it will remain resolved.
Right now I'm waiting for a taxi to deliver my missing files to me, and then I'll slog up to Investigations with the box to personally hand it to Jane. This after wrangling with courier companies, concierges, Alvin, and cab companies all morning, punctuated by periodic flailing every time something else went wrong.
Of course, today is the day I brought my laptop in, so I could do more library inventory, and for the second day in a row, it looks like I won't get the chance. So over this week.
On the plus side, I feel much better than I have done - the bronchitis seems to have been conquered. I'll finish the antibiotics because that's what I should do, but I'll be glad to be done with them. I actually wound up buying gum to get rid of the taste. For those who know me, I never chew gum.
