I got a well-meaning request from my boss to foist a task onto one of her associates because she doesn't want me to be too tied up in busy-work.

Said associate can barely use Word and is self-admittedly computer-illiterate.

I fired back a long email detailing how with even streamlining my awesome process even further, it still took me 6 hours to compile one market report because all of her clients' urgent crap kept getting in my way.
