Another city, another hostel, another clunky computer...

You may have noticed, we're slightly behind schedule. We arrived in San Francisco last night (in the fog) and I'm sure once it's a really pretty place - once the fog lifts. *grins* The hostel's great, an old Army base, datin gback to the Spanish. We're wandering around today, adn staying tonight, and then heading further south tomorrow sometime, once we work out things with the So Cal people. Which reminds me. Can someone email me or comment and let me know what plans are karaoke-wise? 'Cause I'm so out of the loop here. ;)

And Gerg promises to update the site as soon as he gets a connection. It's all done, just needs the technology. ;)

Hah! I know right where you're at! I used to bike (motor-, not pedal-) down there on the weekends all the time. If you have the opportunity, take a walk (not drive) through the Pier area, head to Coit Tower, see Fisherman's Wharf. Lots of good stuff. The Pier area of San Francisco seems (from what Seraph tells me) similar to the harbor areas of Sydney, so you may appreciate it.

Although, on the subject of the brain freeze, I think you had it right the first time if I'm reading Twiller under the scratch-out. Smoot lives about four hours away, has a goatee, and much longer hair. ;-) No worries, though. I thought it was funny that you appear to have had it right the first time, then scratched it out.

Rossi and Gerg--

Uhm...it depends on when the two of you arrive when we do karaoke. If you get here Friday, we'll go Friday. If you get here Saturday...uhm...I'm previously engaged to attend an improv show. Which could be cool in the form of, "Hey! No drunkard singing Kenny Rogers songs! Neat!" My best friend is the pianist for the improv group and it's their last show.

We're arriving at Dande's on Friday, so make it Friday. :) I'll leave the Summoning of the Core to you guys, mainly because I have no phone and I've forgotten Gerg's cellphone number. ;) We're confirming with Dande tonight when would be a good time for her, and such, so perhaps check with her to see if we've arrived okay? I swear, not even scenery is going to stop us from hitting So Cal tomorrow. ;)

It takes about four hours to get from Dande's to So Cal where the karaoke places Mice knows are. I will not be able to attend because I've got my aunt's wedding rehearsal dinner Friday night and the wedding's Saturday. When are you guys leaving Cali? I think I'm just going to have to catch you on the flip side. :(

Aargghh! I realised making dinner that I'd stuffed up, and I've had to jump online again *winces at her wounded credit balance* to get Dande's number since I wrote it wrong or something... Any way, we're arriving at Dande's _tomorrow_ the 10th, being Thursday. Not sure when - that's why I need to call her and figure that out. We're planning to hang around until Sunday, probably. It may be a pain karaoke-wise, but remember, whilst Gerg won't be back, I will, so we can catch up then. And I think at the rate he's going, Gerg will be back any way - he's fallen in love with the west coast of Canada, and loves SF. So he'll probably be back, and probably soon.
