Been at work nearly four hours already. Wow, that actually has gone quite quickly. But getting up at 5am still sucks monkey balls. I think the nights are much better to deal with. Still, only two at a time.
Oh, and I realised. I'm working Friday and Saturday (penalty rates for Saturday) and then nights Sunday and Monday. With Monday being a public holiday, so penalty rates for the entire first night shift. That's 12 hours of Sunday rates, plus another 7 on the Monday. Looks like I'll have the visa paid off next pay with that lot coming through...
*snickers* My downstairs neighbour knocked on the door yesterday to tell me they were having a party Sunday night so as to not disturb me. Which was nice of him. He was a little startled when I said it'd be fine as long as they were done by 6am since that's when I get home and promptly pass out. ;)

4. First memory... See, I know I met you in the hotel lobby at Dexcon, since that's how I met all the ficcers I know, just about. But yeah, remembering this strange person telling me I looked like Sandy Duncan and me going "Who?" And then being amused it's the Peter Pan actress since my Mum remmbers that movie and was a fan...
5. Animal... something small and frenetic and zipping around a lot, will launch itself at you if it feels threatened, will sometimes curl up and hide. Ooh, I know, a mongoose. Will take on a cobra, as a matter of course.
6. Wondered... Are you ever going to log that pre-cog stuff with Amanda and Angie? With the knowing and the not telling? I haven't liked to ask again since I've got that nagging issue.
